Q1: What’s the guarantee of outdoor furniture?
A: All of our products can guarantee at least 2 years. While above the guarantee does not cover failure or damage caused by improper applications and unreasonable conditions or abusive use.
Q2: What’s your MOQ?
A: Always 20 sets per model, full containers per order, but sample order is acceptable.
Q3: What’s your payment term?
A: T/T or L/C at sight.
Q4: What’s the lead time?
A: It depends. Normally 10 days for sample and 30-45 days for bulk.
Q5: Could I take some samples from you? How about the sample charges?
A: Yes, samples are available. We always charge double for the samples,but we can return the extra charge when receiving bulk order after sample order.
Q7: How do you pack the items?
A: Normally we use package materials say cardboard, wrapping paper, bubble poly-bag, carton.
